Texas Transfer of Operators

• Venado made a recent acquisition from Cabot Oil and Gas in the Eagle Ford basin for a purchase price of $765 million.

• The purchase price is more than $10,000/acre (including wells)! This acquisition brings them to more than 100,000 net acres in the Eagle Ford. We will be keeping a close eye on their future activity as they try to take advantage of their favorable position!

• El Dorado Oil & Gas has recently purchased more than 100 wells in the heart of the Eagle Ford from Swift Energy, recently renamed Silver Bow Resources.

• Laredo Petroleum’s filings are focused on the re-completions of multiple vertical wells in Reagan County.
