What has been your favorite professional challenge at Oseberg?
Defining and building Oseberg's Client Success Management (CSM) program has been a highly enjoyable and rewarding challenge. Last year was our first year to set specific goals around minimizing churn, and we experienced our lowest churn numbers to date – I don’t know if I’ve ever been so proud. Client Success Management is new to energy tech and the oil and gas industry, and I think if we’re doing it right, we’ll start a trend.
How does Oseberg support your professional development and career growth?
Over the last 4 years, Oseberg has enabled me to build an extensive network, learn the oil and gas regulatory environment in multiple states, build and manage a team, learn to write basic SQL, and participate in board meetings. As an ambitious young professional, I’m grateful to have found a place and team that has trusted me with all of the above and continues to push me to learn and grow in the direction(s) that I choose.
What are some ways Oseberg focuses on team development?
Every year, Oseberg employees are given an education budget to use for their own professional growth purposes – conferences, books, courses, etc. As for team building, we have various company-wide activities just about every month. These range from volunteering to chili cook-offs to birthday parties. Most importantly, the entire company meets for FIKA every Thursday afternoon to have a beer, highlight a value, remind us of our guiding principles, and catch up. It’s done wonders for our culture and team bonding, and I look forward to it every week.
What Oseberg value do you personally identify with the most?
"Warrior’s spirit and servant’s heart” is my favorite Oseberg value. It’s a daily reminder to grow and learn while serving my teammates and clients, and hopefully inspire them to do the same. I can’t think of a more fulfilling way to spend my days.

What are your hobbies?
When I’m not working, you’ll find me exercising, spending time outdoors, or traveling! I checked Spain off my list this fall!
What are your most prized possessions?
My family, my friendships, and my health.
Can you speak any other languages?
I remember just enough high school Spanish to order a drink.
